My Favorite Game

I have played TONS and i mean TONS of games in my life since i was Four. But i would have to say...TimeSplitters : Future Perfect, is far my most favorite game. IT was released for the PS2 and Gamecube ( which is also playable for the Wiii ). It has 150+ characters that you can choose from, its an hallarious game, all characters are funny in a way, either with their looks or for what they say when you choose to play as them. It's a first person shooter (FPS) , it's rated M ( for mature). The gameplay was amazing and so was the story line and voice acting. This is the 3rd game in its series. It waqs being developed for about 2-3 years. This is a great game, and if anyone has a gamecube, wii, ps2 or a ps3 that will play ps2 games, i recommend this game to them. ITs amazing. cant wait for the 4th one to come out, in 2011. Although this one came out in 2005.

DEMO

I've have learned alot from this class since i have beeen making my game. Making my game has taught me so much, I have learned how to use flash a little, i have learned how to make my own blogs, and to use wiki. My game demo is going good, with 5 scenes, the tittle, the about, the options, the Win and Lose screen, also, our first level. :D

Using Civics Ideas in STEM

hmm this is a hard one, Well you could use a game where you get out of school, then get older older during gameplay and have to be social and save up your money or else you would become a hobo, haha. :D

Playstation 3 (PS3)

Im not against the Xbox 360, but in my opinion, the PS3 is way much better. For one, The PS3 doesnt have an Red Ring, i mean seriously, thats stupid. My friend has had his xbox for only 2 months and already sent it in twice cause of the red ring, thats so stupid, its a waste of money, and it take more time to repair then it does that you get to play it. Now another thing that is better, is that the online for the PS3 is free, no paying needed. Sure the Xbox might have a FEW more games then the PS3 does, but id rather stick with the good deal of the PS3, no red ring, free internet, no needing to EVER send it in for repair. Sounds great to me. :D PS3 is by far my most favorite system up to date. and my favorite handheld system will be the soon to be released 3DS, good graphics and 3D without glasses, kool. :D

favorite experience

My favorite experience is making my game with my partner. We have fun and work hard on our game, and coming up with ideas is just fun. My most favorite experince ive mad is, making a game using flash, its hard and complicated, but you can get the hang of it sooner or later. I owe all that ive learned to our teacher, Mrs. Grim. :D

military

the army deserves our respect because...well... their the reason why were still here today. They have protected us and saved us from horrible threats that no one could ever imagine defending people from. They are our heros, our friends, and our family. They are, our everything.

Sound

I plan on using sound for every movement my characterd make, plus their actiaons, and of course objects in the game. But most of all, Background music is a must.

Flash

to be honest, im not to fond with flash, but i just like the idea of use making a game :D i 've always wanted to make a game, and now i get to. I atleast like flash for that reason :D Flash is real hard to get use to, or even figure out. but i like it for the fact of my game. :D

I think its useful because it could give anyone some good ideas for their game if they watch this.

Visual Storytelling

Im using visaul storytelling with the scenes in the beggining of the game, and through out it. Every door has a math problem that you must answer plus in the beggining of the game, your in school, but you fall asleep, and wake up in a castle. (hints the fact that you shouldnt fall asleep in school.) So you would have to know it has something to do with school.

new things I learned for my game.

I Learned a new way to get my game started through the intro with Flash. Now I know exactly How i want my character to first appear on my game I learned of a new way to get my title to appear for my game. Including how my letters will appear on the screen. I like how flash helps me getm y ideas for my game. :)

my scenes

My game storyline is a kid that fell alseep during class..but then woke up in a castle. Which is a place that he has never seen before, or at least as he can remember. when he awoke, he seemes to have forgotten everything, that's right, he lost his memory. Now that he is awake, he must now escape the castle, while fighting monsters on his way to the exit, and each door he encounters has a school-related question on them, and he must answer it correctly before the door opens for him. Hopefully, this will help the players understand the meaning of this game. Fall asleep in class, and you will forget everything, and fail your classes.

What I hope to do in Gaming class

Ok, so this is my first time ever being in this class, and the first year i've ever heard about it coming to my school...IM EXTREMLY HAPPY ABOUT IT! Ive always wanted to be in a calss like this, and now, I am. :) I hope to make some kind of good action/adventure game in this class, nothing extremly violent of course, but obviously nothing way to kiddie either. Im glad and happy about this class, it seems fun and seems like id love this class for the fact im a gamer. Im alittle scared though cause, what happens if I dont get my game done in time? i could fail this class harshly, so I hope that my partners that i've picked will actually work good and not crappy or sloppy. Well, wish me luck.

---Well heres alittle tip also, keep your personal info away from blogs and other sites where you can cummunicate. Because there's no telling what kind of people are out there these days, You should never leak out your personal information such as your full name or address. Anyone could find out where you live, so be very careful.

---Medical Mysteries --- This is a decent game actually. Helps with your history, with a good taste of medical information. Nicely done.

-- Yes, I play games on my free time, all of the time. I normally play gory games or games with violence. normally horro games, like resident evil, or dead space. I like playing these kind of games becauase, well, i like horror games, same as I like horror films.

--- Does it change anyones perspectoive about videos games when your making codes for the games? well, not me, because i knew it was going to be hard work to make a decent game, so im still wanting and like the gaming class experience i have right now. :)
